EFRE-Project: Raman-Spectrometer
The high-resolution Raman spectrometer has a focal length of 750 mm and three gratings with different dispersion. For detection of spectra a Peltier cooled CCD camera with high quantum efficiency is mounted. The high sensitivity of the system allows fast measurements on atomically thin crystals and van der Waals heterostructures.
The spectrometer is integrated in a microscope system which makes highly spatial resolved micro Raman spectroscopy with automated two dimensional hyperspectral mapping of surfaces possible.
